  • At the next roundabout take the 4th exit, again onto Park Parade. (0.3 mile)

  • Continue forward onto Stamford Street and at traffic signals bear right onto the A6018 signposted Sheffield, Mottram. (1.6 miles)

  • At traffic signals, turn left onto Huddersfield Road B6175, signposted Millbrook. (1.0 mile)

  • Turn left onto Grove Road and the development can be found on the right hand side. (approximately 0.5 mile)
